We do not directly carry out installations. All installations are performed by approved third-party installers who are Gas Safe registered and qualified to install heating systems under the relevant government schemes.

Any warranty or guarantee for the installed boiler or heating system will be provided by the manufacturer and/or installer, not by us. Details of any warranty will be provided to you by the installer upon completion of the installation.

6. User Obligations
